Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:10 Pull-ups65 pound Thruster, 10 reps
Post rounds completed to comments.
tuesday w/5x5 deadlifts
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
