Run 400 meters
1 1/2 pood Kettlebell X 21 swings (or 55 pound dumbbell swing)
12 Pull-ups

    No pull-ups for me with my shoulder issue... even running hurts. So back to deadlifts:
    10 @ 95#
    8 @ 115#
    6 @ 125#
    4 @ 135#
    2 @ 145#

    Hey Scott - we did vacuum after your chalk explosion, so you shouldn't get in TOO much trouble. :)
