Reminder - Closed Saturday

No classes on Saturday, June 20th. John will be back on Monday with the regular schedule.

    I didn't check the blog first, so I just did a 10K. 1 hour, 40 minutes, 58 seconds. the first half took 41 minutes, didn't walk at all, but jogged pretty slow at times. walked quite a bit on the second half, but I still tried to run at least 2/3rds
