Look, a blog post! Yay! My modified upside down Angie included jumping pull-ups and no push-ups. I cannot remember my time at all. Will look at the gym today and update.
ok so tuesday's workout STILL has me nearly paralyzed, and its almost thursday! my dad offered to buy me a walker or a wheelchair if I continue to frequent crossfit.

*My Push-Ups are really bad...need to work on strengthening that movement, so...I will be doing 50 Push-Ups every morning to help improve my time.
spend 11+ minutes just on pull-ups. Definitely know where I need to improve.
