25 Ring dips
20 Knees to elbows
30 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
30 Sit-ups
20 Hang squat cleans, 35 pound dumbells
25 Back extensions
30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
3 Rope climb ascents

    18:08 rx'd, thanks to Corby for pushing me and whooping my butt!! I figured if a stay a station behind him, I must be doing alright. BTW Corby finished in the 15 minute range!

    Is it weird to say that I liked that WOD!? Heavier and faster next time...
