Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press
Pull-ups
Body weight back squat

Post reps for all three exercises in all rounds.

    Hooray for doing all of my pull ups without the band! Only got four rounds in (boo on having to be at work at a decent hour), but I felt pretty decent about those four!

    r2: 10/25/10
    r3: 08/23/09
    r4: 07/23/10
    (bench/pullup/squat)
