Five pull-ups
Five ring dips
15 Sit-ups

    Becky told me today was 400M run, 2 minutes rest, 4 rounds. And she said you insisted that she not stop running.

    Since I missed this morning and won't be able to come this evening I grabbed my stopwatch and took advantage of the 400M run I had marked off around the corner.

    Those last two were with John's voice inside my head saying "Don't stop running!"

    So, I never stopped running. But I did notice that this workout has a weird time dilation effect. 2 minutes has never felt shorter, and each 2 minutes was shorter than the last.
