seeing as how we don't have a rope to climb, we will be subbing towel pull-ups...good times

February 6, 2009 at 5:37 PMThat was way worse than it looked. 19:25, 6# wall ball. I noticed that was about double everyone else on the board. Walking lunges are the devil.
