50 sit-ups
40 pound dumbbell Hang power clean, 50 reps
800 meter Run
50 Back extensions

    24:57, I think. Box jumps on stage (I'm a wimp), towel pullups, 25 lb. kettlebell, 12# medicine ball cleans, 400 meter run, supermans. Whew. :)

    I know I wasn't the only person that worked out today!
