This officially killed me. I have no idea how I taught class after this and I do think it was probably the worst class I've ever taught. :) Weight was 12.5 lb. dbs (25 lbs. total?) for thrusters. After first set of knees to elbows I had to sub v-ups and situps, as my shoulder was not liking hanging from the bar. Time was 18 something. 18:48 maybe? I still don't think I've recovered.
I was all geared up for a heavy lifting day, based on what I had read earlier in the week. Instead, there's this metabolic killer!
What part of "constantly varied" was I not getting, right? I should know better.
Time was something under 20:00. I think 19:42.
My goal for the next one is to shave off 5 minutes and get my knees to touch my elbows for all 60 reps like they did for the first 6 or 7. :)
