    Cindy kicked my butt again! 12 rounds, and had to break the pushups into singles.

    Now I'm moving like my granddad

    12 minute Cindy for me. 7 rounds plus pull-ups. Oh how I hate Cindy! I'll miss back squats tomorrow due to a crazy schedule, but I don't know how I could possibly squat tomorrow anyway. I'll be lucky to be walking!
