Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Filthy Fifty, turned into partner-sixty. Becky and I took almost 30 minutes to reach the end. Satisfying work.

    The only thing to look forward to in the whole workout is the double-unders at the end. Good thing I like double-unders. ;)

    This was a good one! I think I did it (x25 reps on each) in 27 minutes, but I can't remember...

    Yea, this one was a killer, even partner sixty style. I think our exact time was 29:35. I had to sub 2:1 abmat situps for KTE due to my shoulder issues. I also can't do double-unders, so the 3:1 single rope skips really slowed us down. Oh, and the burpees. Uggh. That had to be the worst!
