Can't remember my time on the pullup/burpee torture. It was 3 minutes and something... somewhere under 4. Back squat - warmup with 10 reps @ 45 lbs. 7x3 was 65-85-95-105-110-115 Stopped after 6th set, as that was clearly all I had, and it was a new PR. My previous 3RM on back squat was 100#.
