Still solid on the diet. Had a cheat day this weekend and had the most unbelievable brownie sundae at the Keg restaurant. Not sure how good it really was since it's been so long since I've eaten something like that:-)

2nd WOD today (went to Lifetime with my wife later) 3 rounds for time of: 500m row, 21 burpees, 400m run time was 19:09. (beat last time by 2+ minutes)
It was a hard week, but so good. Sitting here on a rest day looking back, I am grateful for the full body challenge that it was! Thanks, John, for the challenge and encouragement!
Push Press weights were 55-60-65-70-75-80. 80# is a new PR for me. My previous PR was only one rep at 75#.
