    I used the PVC, my time was 6:04... squats were a bugger after the weekend off!

    Shoulder hurt, so I couldn't do the snatch workout. Did Saturday's workout instead:
    Run 400m
    Max situps in 2 minutes (50)
    Run 400m
    Max pushups in 2 minutes (39 on knees, protecting shoulder)
    Run 400m
    Max squats in 2 minutes (60)
    Run 400m
    Time: 16:39
