Oh man...this was going to be my day off...I'm torn...I've got a REALLY bad time to beat and I've been working on my double unders...I'll assess throughout the day, but this may have to be my Sunday WOD.

Within the past two months, I have done this WOD three times:

With double reps of jump rope
(I couldn't do a double under)

(Yes it took a long time, but I was determined)
And, today...
