And...I think my hamstrings should be good to go for the 4x400...good times!

Well that was humbling. I got 25:20. Rx'd through the first 2 rounds, then used 30# dumbbells the rest of the way and had to start using a band after doing 12 pullups in the 3rd round- because of both torn hands and general fatigue.
