A 5k? I take back all those nice things I said about you. ;)

You got it. We'll do it for Annie, or Mr. Max Roundsfortime Marshall, whichever it might be.

Not complaining, or anything, but shouldn't the workout have been Annie?

Becky and I will run/walk/stumble our way through a 5K just because you said to...and then when we get the text I'll grab the Buddy Lee and hit the 50-40-30-20-10 doubleunders and situps just for Annie.

Our prayers are with you and Julia.

Okay, we did it. Just finished up, and boy is it warm out there.

We alternated 400M run then 400M walk, with a final 200M run at the end and finished up in 37:54.

It wasn't as bad as I was expecting, but I'm not anticipating a 10K wod any time soon.

Now my calves are in recovery mode for Annie as soon as we get the news.

    Anyone else?

I did it! no excuses from any of y'all who have been doing crossfit any longer than two weeks! My mile time was 12 minutes, 10 seconds; total 3.1 miles/5k time was 44 minutes, 28 seconds. Not very fast, but I FINISHED! WOOHOO! by the way, I just noticed that google decided to post under my first name, this is Susanna... so any posts under "Amy" on her are probably me.

I did it! Very hard and painful, especially since I was still pretty sore from walking around in sandals in Austin. Good fashion statement, bad for my feet!

48:16 mins. Slow, but still a bit better than last time!
