    I was reading through some past blog entries and accidentally put my comment on a spot many days past today....oops!

    While I'm at it, tho, I am so encouraged to be able to run a mile and a half, remembering fully how HARD our first 400 m was! Progress sure keeps me going!

    I did yesterdays workout of 150 wall ball shots followed by the 100 sit ups. Wall ball was 7:55 for the 150 reps. Sit-ups 3:43 for 100 reps. Kathy set the bar pretty high with a sub 3 min performance on the 100 sit ups, nice job!!

    5k burns too many calories for me so I went 5 rounds max reps on bench/pull ups (black band).

    135 bench: 15/15/10/7/7 (that might be a rep off)

    Pull ups: 12/10/7/6/7 (might remember those wrong as well... should have done this last night)

    Sit-ups came in at 3:04.

    Seeing Scott do wall ball made me very thankful Wednesday was over.

    This is posting for day 17: Worked Deadlifts and Bench. Had a great time watching Corby and Bill rock it out on the 100 overhead squats.

    Diet update: Zone for 11 days no cheats. I have travelled a couple days for work, no food weighing on those days just eyeballed it. I feel energized and also feel like I am already seeing results.
