Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Post time for each of five rounds to comments.

    I'm survived 2 rounds after doing Grace!
    My times on Grace were much better.

    Front Squats for me on Tuesday. WOD looked like this:
    Front Squat 3x5 straight sets, same weight
    Front Squat 3x3 increasing weights, get to 3RM
    alternate each set with 5 GHD situps and 5 GHD back extensions
    3x5 sets were all at 65 lbs.
    3x3 sets were 75-85-95. Turns out 95 lbs. was a new PR. My previous 1RM on front squat from 9/2008 was 92 lbs. So I hit a 3RM at 95.
