day 23 friday

class schedule for friday:
6am and 7am
4pm and 5pm


For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    Time 36:02, scaling as follows:
    box jump - did 25 box jumps on the stage and 25 step-ups on the 24 inch box
    20 lb. kettlebell
    can’t do KTE due to my previous shoulder injury, did 25 GHD situps and 25 abmat situps
    30 lb. push press
    6 lb. wall ball
    100 rope skips

    A little over 34 minutes!

    I did 5 burpees after every round so I didn't have to do all 50 at once.

    It was so tiring!
