    45# bar thrusters, blue band pull-ups. 6:57 with a nice big knot and bruise on my chin. Note to self: get head back out of the way of the bar.

    Good workout!
    got done in lil over 6 min... that's over 4 min off my last time. I was only able to do 50 pushups on the rings... I need a lil work on that :) I also did a 52.5 lb farmer's carry... gonna rock it this week, I can feel it already!

    I just did normal push ups, but the whole 100. The first 50 took 1 min, 51 sec, but the whole hundred took over 6. I need to work on staying consistent; am I the only one who's pushups get shallower towards the end?

    These are good days at CrossFit.
    I am enjoying our early class so much, and am so proud of the new "elite athletes"!

    I am finding it a fun challenge to THINK before putting things in my mouth, and finding that the counsel John has given for what to eat aids energy and strength!
