    This workout wore me down! But I made it through 9 rounds (25lb KB). That 6 AM group looked awesome; I may have to make that my normal time! The diet should rock today… Just stopped @ sprouts and picked up some more fresh produce to last the weekend. See you Monday Johnny!

    Thursday and Friday are usually rest days for me. I'll come in tomorrow and do some heavy lifting. If my 4pm massage falls through today, I'll come in this afternoon. Diet is on track with my new plan now. Zone: 14 blocks, 2x fat. That's a lot of food!

    Diet isn't too bad! Good on no grains, not as good on on sugar.

    Finally getting around to posting :) Worked out most days this week, yay!! Granted they are modified for baby Annie inside, but I felt like I was getting a good work out and hopefully getting into better shape each day as I get closer to labor! Yikes and YAY! Eating has been a bit difficult, but I've taken out some of the sweets to be a little healthier. John doesn't prefer I "diet" at this time, understandably, so just making some small modifications! Loving this 50 day challenge though, and LOVE reading all the fun comments! Great job to everybody!!!

    I did come in Friday afternoon for back squats and front squats. Came in Saturday morning with friends and re-did the Day 1 Wednesday workout. Time this time around was 8:33, I think. Right around 40 seconds faster. Yay!

    Day 2: I was out-squatted by a lady who will have a baby at any minute.......yikes! But worked hard and had a good time. We'll see how it goes tomorrow!
