Another day completed... I can't explain how good I feel when I finish a good workout! 23m07s My goal there is to finish up under 15m next time. Forgot my lunch so I snacked on nuts and raisins most of the day. Good healthy veggie dinner awaits me :)

21,15,9 rep rounds. 6:10 if I remember correctly? Hmm... Going to bring a notepad next time, just in case.

Going to get my diet dialed in within the week - Zone, and possibly paleo. Haven't had too many sweets lately - primarily need to remove grains.

The last 100 ft of lunges hurt so much!

me vs. lunges yesterday. Lunges won! It felt pretty good and I thought I did well. But today, I am feeling muscles I didn't know I had. Good pain! Love the challenge!
