    Replaced WOD with the following:
    4 rounds:

    15 Ring pushups
    15 GHD sit-ups
    15 squats
    400m run

    time 15:42

almost perfect zone, had a slice of pizza, little cheat.

I watched everyone else do Tabata Something Else (way more fun than doing it!) and then did heavy (for me) back squats. 5x5 at 100#. Most definitely a new PR. My previous 3RM was 100#.

tabata was harsh, but I enjoyed it as much as the rest so far. It showcased my biggest goal, to do pull-ups without the bands, and made me set a new goal because by the end of the 6th set of pushups, I don't think I was actually going down more than about 5 inches! I don't think I've ever pushed my muscles until I was going to collapse before today :)

Amy, I want to do pull-ups without bands too. Let's get them together! Um, and soon. :)

This is for saturday. I'm out of town for easter, but did a push up and sit up workout this morning. Probably took 15 minutes. I did over 300 of each, in different sessions.

Did times 100 push ups twice.
    Round 1 - 1:59
    Round 2 - 2:19

Has anyone else spent the weekend as sore as I am? This program works!! Glad to be with such a fine bunch taking the challenge! Happy Easter everyone. Stay away from your chocolate eggs. :) See you Monday.

Kathy, I am with ya on the soreness!! Lynne dominated my upper body. (that doesn't sound right, but you crossfitters know what I mean:-) )
I don't remember my scores, but I do know I hit double digits for all 5 rounds for both bench and pull ups. Perfect zone eating all weekend!! Not even one cocktail, proud of myself.
