    changed up todays workout due to strained traps and neck. Ran 1 mile in 6:51 and also worked on front squat technique.

    Did Helen today, since I did this workout yesterday. Used 20 lb. kettlebell and blue band for pullups. Time: 12:48.

    Now this stuff is my bread and butter! Good day, good workout! I was dragging up until I walked through the door. My food intake was a lil less than healthy (free lunch from school) but dinner was good. I'm having fun, Thank's John!
