5x5 deadlift

    Warmup with with 10 reps at 65 lbs. Sets of 5's were 95-105-125-135-145.

    Max'd out at 345 for 5 reps, and it felt pretty good.

    275 for 5 felt amazingly light. Follow that up with 10 burpees and then do it for 5 rounds...might be a workout I'm familiar with.

    I love deadlifts. 400, here I come.

    I got up to 95 lbs and felt like I could have done more. I think once I get the hang of it John will let me find my max... Saturday was fun, bring it on! Also will be starting the zone diet officially in the next week, I'd like to go grain-free but would probably lose all clientele; I need to find a way to diet without losing business :)
